Hiring QA Manager for the next generation iGaming company!!!

About the Role

This is a new role for someone who has a flair for testing casino products. In this role, the QA Manager will report to the Chief Product Officer and will be in charge to analyse data and plan measures to improve product quality, ensuring that the products developed are in line with the quality standards set by the company.

 

Responsibilities as Quality Assurance Manager

  • Establish, develop strategies for improvement and lead the QA process
  • Define, plan and execute QA strategies for casino frontend and backend products
  • Analyse the product and develop best practices and testing strategies, including integration, user acceptance testing, regression, automation, and quality assurance metrics
  • Make sure whether the product goes through auditing and testing as well as formulate timely reports and documentation to track progress
  • Work closely with stakeholders including product, project management, technical teams to plan and deliver quality products, as well as legal and compliance to make sure that all legal standards and existing policies are met
  • Work with external stakeholders to define and implement integration testing procedures
  • Drive forward improvements in process in alignment with quality and scaling
  • Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance
  • Manage and track live issues reported, performing data analysis and delivering key reports for management
  • Oversee and implement documentation for testing processes.
  • Act as the reasonable key person for the Quality System Management and ISO 9001 standards

Requirements

  • Having relevant experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing in a similar environment
  • Experience in implementing corrective/preventive measures
  • Quality assurance knowledge of different tools and methodologies
  • Willingness to assist other departments to develop solutions
  • Certification programs in Six Sigma and/or Quality Improvement would be considered an asset
