Your journey within the company:
Specialize in one or more of the following technologies – Microsoft CRM and Dynamics 365, PowerBI, Power Apps and other platforms as opportunities arise.
Provide the first and second line of support to the company's customer base involving technologies mentioned above.
Follow up the resolution of incidents raised by clients, in respect of software and applications provided by the company.
Assist in solution testing and deployment phases.
Compile test scripts, deployment procedures and support documentation as required.
Deliver on-site client training.
Learn various technology platforms and get certified along the way
