Tell us about yourself briefly:
I am Swedish and have been living in Portugal since 2016. I am a positive soul who believe in solutions. I love working out, travelling, and since I was a small kid, I always wanted to live and work abroad – mission completed!

Three facts about you:
1. I used to play soccer for many years and I’m both footed
2. I am a huge fan of skyscrapers and big cities
3. I was a ski bum in St. Anton, Austria for two winter seasons

Tell us a little about your hobbies:
I love working out and prefer going to the gym or go for a run. I love to travel and see new places and enjoy local food. One of my big hobbies is skiing and snowboarding, which I have been doing at least once a year since childhood. Living in sunny Portugal, makes it a bit harder, but I also enjoy the sun and the beach a lot. Surfing is also a fun activity!

You work with recruitment, could you tell us more about your career?
I started in recruitment 2011. I worked at a recruitment agency in Stockholm, Sweden during my studies. After graduation, I decided to move into Human Resources Administration and HR System and Data. I switched career into management and leadership for a few years, and finally found my way back to recruitment combined with management in 2022. I am now part of IT Jobs Worldwide, and I couldn’t ask for a better suited position for me. I get to combine recruitment, IT, and leadership in one single role.

What has been your favorite travel destination so far and where would you go next?
I have been traveling to many different places, and I cannot pick one favorite. Each place I’ve been to has its charm, beauty and good memories. United States has a special place in my heart, and especially Miami and Chicago. I also enjoyed Tokyo and Dubai. As I am a huge fan of skyscrapers, I guess I am a big city girl.

How did you find your way to ITJW ?
I reached out to the CEO. I missed working in recruitment and knew he had plans of opening an office in Lisbon. A few interviews later, I was hired in the IT Brand.

What are your plans for the future?
I want to be part of great success at IT Jobs and the Worldwiders. We have a strong vision, and I am happy and proud to be part of the success along the way. I would love to grow with the company and expand our tech areas and grow as a team. On a personal level, I want to develop as a recruiter and leader, and would love to get into programming too.

What is the most extreme thing you have ever done in life or want to do in the future?
Probably jumping out of an airplane, parachuting. I will never do it again!
