During the process you will be given a lot of information about our company and the position, so you know how it will be to work for us. Below you can read more about the process we use to figure out if this is the right fit everyone.

We take the first talk over the phone
Suitable candidates will be contacted to discuss the position and how you might contribute to our team.
We conduct the first interview over teams.
Prior to the second interview you will be given a case that you need to present in the second interview.
If you manage to impress us during the interviews, you will receive an offer.
IT Jobs Worldwide is divided in two different teams. The teams are based on the work they do. Basically there is one team that handles IT recruitment and another that deals with all the admin tasks. The admin team also handles marketing. In the IT team we have the specialist recruiters that have different specialities.

I started a part-time internship as economy assistant in collaboration with my university on the implementation of business intelligence systems in a medium sized international company. Towards the end of my studies, I got offered a permanent contract as HR & Finance Controller within the company. The internship enabled me to gain first-hand experience on international finance, employee management and client management. Today I am responsible for the finance management, administration, reporting and employee relations beyond the Norwegian market. My goals are to be part of further company development in foreign markets and handling the controlling of all entities.

I started in Nordic Jobs Worldwide in January 2019 as one of 10-15 colleagues at our co work space in Oslo. We started to grow our teams and business, and I quickly became responsible for the Danish market working as a Delivery Manager. During this year, we moved to our very own office a bit outside of central Oslo. It was a super nice feeling having our own space as we were in a fast developing phase. During covid in the middle of 2020 I decided to go back to Denmark working remote but I also at the same time decided to take up the challenge and building up our Malaga office in August 2021. So working 50/50 during 2020 in Denmark and Malaga became a reality. Until out of a sudden, we were 5 colleagues at the office. I decided to move permanently to Malaga and work a 100% from the office as the office manager as the ambition was to grow this office and teams. Today 2021, we are 15 colleagues working from the office in Malaga, with some remote colleagues visiting once in a while. In the whole organization divided in 3 brands we are now 50 colleagues working. We are still looking for more colleagues to join!
