Hybrid Frontend Product Manager to an iGaming company in Malta

What you'll be doing:

  • Work together with the Product team, to manage the roadmap and backlog of our clients websites; reflecting business goals, strategy, and priorities
  • Collaborate with the designers and tech teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites that prioritise a mobile-first approach
  • Serve as a point of contact between the stakeholder and the technical teams for all bugs, feature requests, and ad-hoc changes
  • Suggest and implement ways to improve conversion performance on the websites
  • Help in defining new functional requirements, translating them into relevant stories and/or requests for technical teams
  • Oversee the delivery of new features and improvements
  • Lead auditing and quality assurance
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and regulations in different markets and verticals
  • Keep abreast with trends in digital marketing and the iGaming industry
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks necessary to fulfil your role effectively and successfully

You are:

A proactive, extremely organized, and reliable individual with experience in a front-end related role in product management. You have a passion for digital marketing and a keen eye for detail. You are able to manage a significant workload and juggle multiple projects to constantly improve sales performance and UX of our clients various websites.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within a frontend-related role, preferably within the digital marketing
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Proactive, ‘can do’ approach and ‘problem solving’ attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A data-driven approach to decision making
  • A team player attitude that actively contributes towards the bigger picture of the organisation
