Join a leading technology company that specializes in developing innovative products for clients across diverse markets and industries. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manual QA Specialist to join a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Lead Manual QA.
As a Manual QA Specialist, you will collaborate with the QA lead in testing APIs, client-facing SPA's, and tooling applications. You will be part of a dedicated team working towards common goals, and the company is committed to helping you grow and develop your skills in a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure each product release meets well-defined high-quality standards
Develop test plans and test cases from feature descriptions provided by Product Management and discussions with Developers
Collaborate with Developers in Test to ensure proper coverage of test cases through automation testing
Execute manual UX flows, test cases, analyze results, report and track defects, verify fixes, and perform follow-up work to resolve issues
Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary for maintaining high-quality releases
Requirements:
Solid understanding of various testing methodologies
Proficient in frontend testing (cross-browser/viewport/cross-platform)
Ability to provide suggestions for improving quality and identifying potential degradation in product quality
Experience in designing and executing test cases based on requirements from Product Owners
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely with the development team
Nice to Have:
Experience with API-level testing
ISTQB certification
Familiarity with Test Management tools
