Responsibilities - your mission Our clients' main mission is to contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the ERP Delivery Center. To accomplish that mission, they work closely with the ERP roadmap program and the Digital Business Partners
Our clients` target:
Deliver the strategy and governance for the SAP Business Intelligence landscape in Airbus Defence and Space
Provide a centralized core BI development team, with subcontracting and offshoring support if needed
Ensure delivery of all BI projects within agreed budget and timeframe
They are looking for BI developers taking part in the major transformation projects of Airbus Defence and Space, capable of going through and learning new technologies according to the speed of change of the digital arena.
Act as IM focal point and BI expert for all the Reporting requirements, ensuring service
quality and end users satisfaction
Be the responsible person for BI projects
Develop BI solutions to satisfy business requirements following the development golden rules
Provide End to End solutions focused on business outcome and User Experience
Leverage of technical trends and new technological possibilities (state of the art). Be part of the team that analyze and decide the BI tools that will be used.
Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale
Adapt rapidly in an evolving environment through multifunctional and international teams
Analyze business requirements and translate them into IM solutions
Ensure seamless integration of new tools and/or changes in the existing application landscape. Continuously work on further simplification and consolidation of this landscape
Provide specialist advice where appropriate for the Scoping, Development, Deployment/Implementation, Change Management, Application Maintenance and Evolution of relevant BI Information Systems
Coordinate the communication with other IM areas
Lead the change management activities after the deployment of any new tool
Manage and deliver projects (OTOQOC) in an agile way to implement new functionalities based on the business processes
Manage subcontractor resources
Requirements - the ideal candidate:
Excellent communication skills as required to engage customer on requirements and delivery
Able to work proactively with all the stakeholders upon understanding the end to end project life cycle in a collaborative manner
The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team
Proactive and decision making
Good problem solving and analytical skills
At least 4 years of experience in the required domain
Technical knowledge in BW and deep experience in BW developments (both with BW On HANA and BW4HANA) is mandatory
Technical knowledge in BO tools: experience in BW and BO reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office) is mandatory. BO Administrative skills are desirable
Experience on SAC
Experience on BPC projects
Technical knowledge in UI5 and Fiori is desirable
English: At least advanced level required. Ability to communicate in other European language(s) would be beneficial
