Requirements:
As a Development Team Leader, you will be a critical member of our team, working closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and a talented group of developers in a highly cross-functional and autonomous environment. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and lead your team to success. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team is following these principles and delivering high-quality code. You will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team members, helping them grow and develop as developers.

Our web app technology stack primarily consists of Python, Tornado, and FastAPI, but we're constantly exploring and experimenting with other languages and technologies. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, as long as they possess a strong understanding of Object-Oriented programming languages.
