Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging .Net Core, React, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Lead and mentor development teams, cultivating a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, enhancing our CI/CD pipelines for more efficient development cycles and deployments.
  • Implement and integrate message brokers to facilitate reliable, asynchronous inter-service communication in microservices architectures.
  • Engage with stakeholders to accurately translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring a seamless alignment of technology and business objectives.
  • Champion the exploration of emerging technologies, integrating them into our solutions to keep Icon at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting thorough code reviews and adhering to best coding practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in software development and architecture, with a solid foundation in .Net Core, React, and Azure.
  • Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus, demonstrating a strong understanding of asynchronous communication patterns.
  • Experience in working with event streaming technologies like Kafka and Event Hubs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in guiding and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders and team members.
  • A relentless pursuit of knowledge, with a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements.
