Remote-German-Speaking JScape MFT Administrator L2 for a Leading Global Organization
A prestigious global organization is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced JScape MFT Administrator L2. This role is designed for professionals with a robust background in managing, implementing, and optimizing the JScape Managed File Transfer (MFT) platform. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to ensuring secure, efficient file transfer operations across the organization.
Role Highlights:
Oversee the development and implementation of the JScape MFT tool, ensuring a secure and efficient environment for file transfers.
Experience in troubleshooting JScape components, enhancing system reliability and user satisfaction.
Responsible for user onboarding, including internal applications or external connectivity, ensuring appropriate permissions and access levels are assigned based on roles and responsibilities.
Manage Secure+ certificates maintenance and renewal, guaranteeing continuous protection and compliance.
Maintain detailed logs for all file transfer activities, supporting auditing, compliance, and troubleshooting needs.
Coordinate and conduct testing with users to validate system functionality and performance.
Monitor the JScape MFT tool and its infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
Establish and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss due to system failures or disasters.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, facilitating user training and system management.
Your Qualifications:
2-4 years of hands-on experience with JScape MFT administration, with a strong focus on system development and implementation.
Proven track record in troubleshooting, user onboarding, and certificate management within the JScape environment.
Experience in logging, auditing, and reporting for compliance and troubleshooting purposes.
Solid understanding of backup and disaster recovery principles specific to JScape MFT.
Strong communication skills with proficiency in German, enabling effective coordination and support for German-speaking users and stakeholders.
A team-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
