Role Highlights:
Lead Microsoft SCOM administration, customization, and configuration efforts to ensure robust monitoring and operational efficiency.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of MS Windows server administration to manage and optimize Windows Server 2016+ environments.
Design and implement SCOM dashboards that provide actionable insights and streamline operational processes.
Manage SCOM components including Management Packs, Rules, Tasks, Monitors, and User roles, ensuring a high level of system integrity and performance.
Configure email notifications, schedule and create reports, and oversee SQL DB maintenance plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
Develop evergreen documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users, enhancing their understanding and effective use of the SCOM environment.
Maintain the SCOM environment in optimal condition, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and deliver excellent solutions that meet their needs.
Your Qualifications:
Over 7 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on SCOM administration and Windows Server management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or a related field.
Proficiency in both English and German, facilitating effective communication across diverse teams.
Certifications in SCOM Administration and ITIL, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practices in IT service management.
A proven track record of developing and testing monitoring solutions within SCOM, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.
