Responsibilities:
Designing Technical Architectures: Creating innovative solutions and defining technical blueprints for projects.
Leading Digital Transformation: Spearheading digitalization efforts with Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE.
Expert Client Consulting: Providing top-tier consulting services to national and international clients.
Orchestrating Agile Implementations: Directing agile teams for smooth project delivery.
Bridging Business and Technology: Transforming customer needs into actionable tasks.
Mastering Visual Communication: Using tools like VISIO to illustrate technical concepts.
Ensuring Successful Handovers: Guaranteeing smooth transitions from implementation to client.
Managing Technical Implementations: Taking ownership of technical aspects for project completion.
Promoting Best Practices: Establishing guidelines and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Collaborative Presales Support: Assisting presales teams for technical guidance and new opportunities.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in Dynamics D365 CE & Power Platform
In-depth knowledge of sales, customer service, field service, and/or marketing processes
Familiarity with agile project methodology and hands-on experience with DevOps/JIRA
At least 5 years of experience in implementing business solutions
A Master's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
Fluency in both English (C1 level) and German (B2 minimum)
Bonus: knowledge of SAP
