German Speaking Hypervisor VMware Consultant (TKGI/Kubernetes) for an IT Services company / Remotely from Romania

They are now looking for a Hypervisor VMware Consultant.
Requirements:
Good and effective written and oral communication in German and English
Engineering Degree with 10-12 years in IT
Should have prior experience in virtualization readiness assessment.
Should have previous experience on design, implementation, migration / Upgrade PKS, Tanzu infrastructure based on VMware.
Strong knowledge on VMware Technologies(ESX all versions, ESXi, VSphere, Desktop Virtualisation)
Strong knowledge on cloud technologies
Ability to create architecture & design for VMware Tanzu deployment in VMware infrastructure
Strong experience in VMware vCenter infrastructure
Integration of VMware Tanzu with NSX-T, Logging, Monitoring tools
Integration of VMware Tanzu CaaS service in vCD
Creating TKG (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid) clusters and maintaining it.
Implementation of Tanzu and related artifacts
Should have hands on experience in creating kubernetes policies, scaling up clusters and maintaining it.
Solid understanding of both general and Kubernetes networking/firewall concepts and their role with regards to Kubernetes infrastructure and application delivery
Should have hands on installing, configuring and administering Kubernetes distributions in Virtual VMs.
Previous hands-on experience in managing supporting (administration) of virtual infrastructure based on VMware.
Extensive knowledge on VMware Cluster and DR environments.
Role and responsibilities:
Architect, Design and implementation of VMwareTanzu & PKS infrastructure in an Enterprise Environment.
Develop and maintain an advanced kubernetes platform like TKG (Tanzu Kubernetes Grid) to manage Kubernetes clusters lifecycle
Hand on experience on VMWare technologies includes TKGI, VMware Operation Manager, BUCC, Bosh, Concourse, VMware Platform Automation Tools, openpyxl, Kube-Monkey, UAA (part of TKGI and BUCC)
Review and agree on the design parameters.
Install management and monitoring components and hand over to Operations team
Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
Understand container and kubernetes requirements and defining technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and assist in the provisioning of Kubernetes infrastructure.
