About Responsibilities
The main mission will be:
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to deeply understand the client's needs and those of our partners, acting as a bridge between the business and technical teams.
Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring they align with strategic goals and deliver value.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define, prioritize, and refine project backlogs, ensuring alignment with the strategic roadmap and business objectives.
Collaborate with partners and third-party suppliers to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered to stakeholder expectations.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance business processes and solutions within the team.
Who you are:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT or a related industry, with a strong preference for experience in the financial services or banking sector.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across various levels of an organization and with external partners.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a SAFe PO/PM certification being highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to document and articulate complex business processes and requirements clearly.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
Familiarity with Jira Software and a disciplined, structured analysis approach.
