Job description

This reputable IT company is dedicated to modernizing the IT landscape for their clients, driving efficiency, agility, and innovation to achieve their digital ambitions. Serving large organizations across various industries and the public sector, they focus on ServiceNow as a leading IT Service Management platform within the market.

They are now looking for a ServiceNow Scrum Master to plan, coordinate, and deliver ServiceNow implementation projects based on Agile/Scrum methodologies to the clients.

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning, requirement gathering and establishing scrum team(s)
  • Interfacing clients
  • Planning, executing and delivering releases via multiple sprints
  • Overseeing the entire agile way of working and providing accurate estimates and delivery timelines

Other key responsibilities as a ServiceNow Scrum Master:

  • Delivering full scale project plan based on Agile/scrum methodology with work breakdown structure
  • Working closely with implementation team to drive the mindset of end-to-end view of IT delivery
  • Ensuring customer needs and requirements are met that are realistic and achievable
  • Working with vendors and delivery partners to ensure solution delivery is on-time and in a very good quality
  • Identifying and documenting scope changes
  • Responsible for maintaining the schedule deviations of the project and raise it to steering committee
  • Responsible for keeping project documentation up to date together with the team

Client expects you to have:

  • Work permit in Estonia
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Scrum Master certification with hands-on knowledge of Agile/Scrum method
  • At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master role
  • Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM module
  • Good understanding of processes and how these can be enabled over ServiceNow with optimal delivery team, cost and schedule

Salary: up to 3200 EUR Gross per month
