About the Role

They are preparing to launch their first mobile application by 2026, and they are looking for a visionary Lead Mobile Developer to join the team: This is not just another developer role: you will be the first mobile engineer at HAQQ, building the foundations of the mobile products and shaping the team around you, in close collaboration with the VP of Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and lead the development of mobile applications (iOS and Android).

  • Collaborate with backend, AI, and product teams to integrate features securely and efficiently.

  • Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.

  • Mentor and guide future mobile developers, fostering growth and technical excellence.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of mobile development experience, with mastery in React Native (cross-platform) OR native iOS (Swift) + Android (Kotlin).

  • Experience leading teams

  • A proven track record of building and scaling secure SaaS or fintech/legal apps.

  • Strong expertise in API integrations, real-time communication, and offline-first architecture.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
