Our client is looking for a WordPress/PHP Developer who is resourceful, enthusiastic, and passionate about building incredible products. They maintain a strong collaborative ethos by investing in the right tools, prioritizing teamwork and peer support.
Responsibilities
Coding new developments as well as implementing enhancements to existing applications.
Evaluating new tools against existing approaches making certain that data integrity and security are never compromised
Implementing WordPress solutions, such as plugins, extensions, and integrations with third-party systems.
Technical design and development of online projects.
Implementation in responsive web design.
Work with team members to polish the website experience of each project.
Requirements
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, PHP and MySQL.
2+ Years of Experience with PHP Laravel / WordPress
Experience with developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with using the MVC design pattern.
Familiarity with common tools such as GIT
BSc in Software Development or equivalent
Experience with Laravel, and/or similar PHP Frameworks
Experience in working with Python and/or other web development languages
Experience using frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or equivalent
Ability to work on multiple projects and with different requirements and responsibilities (want to hammer home this is an agency type of work)
Fluent in Maltese and English Languages
