Pre-Sales Engineer for a Leading Telecommunications Company in Nicosia, Cyprus

About the role:

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in bridging customer needs with technical excellence. You will design, document, and present tailored telecommunications and IT solutions for business customers, working closely with sales, technical teams, and external partners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, customer interaction, and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical consultant for business customers, gathering requirements and translating them into robust telecom and IT solutions
• Design, document, and present complex mobile and fixed telecommunications solutions
• Support customers during the planning and migration of their services
• Collaborate closely with Business Account Managers to prepare and deliver technical proposals
• Assist with project management activities related to the delivery of complex fixed services
• Contribute to the development of IT partnerships, combining both sales and technical competencies

Your Profile:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering, preferably with a focus on Telecommunications
• +4 years of experience in the telecommunications sector
• Strong understanding of fixed and mobile telecom networks
• Experience with Cisco Meraki solutions
• Solid knowledge of telecom architectures and technologies such as: SIP, Cloud Telephony, GSM, UMTS, LTE, Wi-Fi, IoT
• Proven ability to design customer-specific technical solutions
• Strong collaboration skills and business mindset
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
